I’ve been around movement and competition for as long as I can remember. I started playing hockey at five years old and carried that through college, where I learned firsthand what it means to commit to something bigger than yourself. But my relationship with fitness didn’t stop when organized sports did—it evolved.
After college, my wife and I spent several years in San Diego, where I explored new challenges—running, Muay Thai, and continuing to play hockey. That time shaped how I view fitness today: not as a single path, but as something that should grow with you, challenge you, and keep you engaged for life.
When we moved back home to York to start our family, I began coaching group fitness classes at a local gym. What started as a new opportunity quickly became something much deeper. I found a real passion for helping people—whether they were just starting out or looking to take their performance to the next level—build a relationship with fitness that actually sticks.
That passion has grown into working with individuals of all ages, especially youth athletes. There’s something incredibly rewarding about helping young athletes build a strong foundation—not just for their sport, but for life. Teaching them how to move well, stay consistent, and develop confidence in themselves is something I take seriously.
Personally, I’m always looking for the next challenge. Over the years, that’s led me into ultra marathons and different physical tests that push me beyond what feels comfortable. I believe there’s value in doing hard things—physically and mentally—and that mindset carries into how I coach and how I live.
Full Circle Fitness & Performance is more than just a gym to me—it’s an extension of my family. My wife plays a huge role in what we’ve built, and our daughter has grown up in this environment, treating our members and their kids like extended family. That’s exactly what we want this place to feel like: a space where people are supported, challenged, and connected.
At the end of the day, my goal is simple—to help people build a relationship with fitness that lasts. Something they can rely on, grow with, and carry with them for the rest of their lives.

Hey there! I’m Greg! As a full-time physician and Full Circle Fitness coach, I’m passionate about helping people build stronger, healthier lives both inside and outside the gym. My approach goes beyond workouts—I like to focus on creating a supportive, motivating community where individuals feel empowered to push their limits, while improving both their physical and mental wellness. With a background in medicine, I bring a deeper understanding of the body, injury prevention, and sustainable health practices to every training session (with no co-pay!). Whether you’re new to working out or a long-time veteran – I’m excited to help you move better, feel stronger, and grow in your confidence.
Outside of the gym and hospital, I’m an avid baker, coffee enthusiast, and lover of the outdoors. Whether I’m exploring new trails, chasing my next adventure, or perfecting a new recipe, I believe in living a balanced, fulfilling life. I bring that same energy and curiosity into my coaching, encouraging others to find joy in movement, connection, and personal growth.
I'm Heather — a full-time designer, part-time yoga teacher (200HR RYT), and mom of three who knows how full life can feel.
I came to yoga looking for strength — and it's become the way I build it, maintain it, and move better in my everyday life. It's helped me feel more stable, more mobile, and more confident. At the same time, it's taught me how to slow things down when I need to — to breathe through stressful moments, release built-up tension, and reset when life feels a little chaotic.
My classes are built around that same idea — helping you feel stronger, move better, and find a little more space in both your body and your mind. You don't need to be flexible or experienced. You just need to show up.
