Is there a long-term contract?
No. Full Circle memberships are month-to-month with no long-term commitment required. You can also purchase class packs if you prefer flexibility over unlimited access. The goal is to make it easy to start — and even easier to stay.
What does a membership include?
A Full Circle membership includes access to all scheduled group fitness classes, coached programming every session, and full access to the community. Members can also add personal training or small group sessions at any time without signing up for a new program.
Can I try a class before committing?
Yes — your first class at Full Circle is completely free with no commitment required. Come in, meet the community, and experience the coaching firsthand. If it's not for you, no pressure. If it is, we'll talk about membership options after class.
Is Full Circle right for beginners?
Absolutely. Every class at Full Circle is coached and scaled to every fitness level. You don't need any prior experience to join. Jeremiah modifies every movement to meet you where you are — beginners and experienced athletes train alongside each other every day.
How many classes are available each week?
Full Circle offers multiple class times throughout the week — including morning and evening options — to fit different schedules. View the full schedule online or contact Jeremiah for current class times.
What types of classes are included?
Full Circle membership includes access to group fitness classes covering strength, conditioning, mobility, and specialty programming. The schedule rotates to keep training fresh and progressive — no two weeks are exactly the same.
